Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VerifyStars website (verifystars.com) and SaaS application (app.verifystars.com) (collectively, the "Service") operated by VerifyStars ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
VerifyStars provides a reputation management and review management platform that allows businesses to collect, manage, and respond to customer reviews and feedback. The Service includes features for review collection, feedback management, analytics, and related tools.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by VerifyStars and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIFYSTARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VerifyStars and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the courts of Arizona, United States in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VerifyStars regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
